Prior to entering the financial industry in 2026, Isaiah built a strong professional foundation as a Research Manager Consultant within the heavy-duty industrial equipment parts industry. He joined Bobby Garcia and his team of advisors after excelling as a top mentee of Founding Partner Bobby Garcia and completing his professional licensing credentials in record time.
Actively engaged in both corporate and civic leadership, Isaiah serves as the corporate secretary to the board of directors for an external firm, as well as the Treasurer for a non-profit organization. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his family and friends.
